For all products manufactured in our factory, the production stage always initiates the same way. The production of ceramic plates always begin with the selection of the best clay to be molded into the necessary shape. The molded plates must dry, and then be placed in a kiln to be tempered. After firming, surfaces of the tempered plates can receive decorative glazes that should be polished and made to be continuous so that the plates can be less work to care for.
