- Raw Material Selection: We carefully select high-quality clay and other raw materials, conducting strict inspections to ensure the purity and stability of the raw materials, which lay the foundation for high-quality ceramic products.
- Forming: The selected raw materials are processed into the desired shapes through various forming methods, such as slip casting, pressing, and hand throwing, according to the product design.
- Drying: The formed products are placed in a drying room for natural or artificial drying to remove moisture, preventing cracking during the firing process.
- Glazing: The dried products are glazed, which not only enhances the appearance of the ceramics but also improves their durability and water resistance. We offer a variety of glazing techniques to achieve different surface effects.
- Firing: The glazed products are fired in shuttle kilns or tunnel kilns at high temperatures (usually between 1200°C and 1350°C) to make them hard and dense. The firing process is strictly controlled to ensure the quality and performance of the products.
- Decoration: After firing, the products can undergo decoration processes such as printing, hand-painting, or decal application to add patterns and colors as required.
